Lake James State Park

Judge Robert Hunter and ranger Sean McElhone presented a program today about the new Lake James State Park.  The new park is open and 2011 attendance is estimated to be around 1,000,000 visitors!  The new park is almost 3000 acres, protects about 30 miles of shoreline, and is about 6 times larger than the original state park.
