Keeping an “eye” on your property can be a bit challenging from a distance. Every now and then, it would be nice to “borrow” someone’s eyes and ears in McDowell County for an occasional check up on your property’s status.
That is actually what I am volunteering to do for you, free of charge. My free investment/second home property check up plan does the following for you:

1. Give you a free, over the phone market evaluation of the property, based on current comparables.
2. Take a digital photo of the property and email it to you so you can view the current condition.
