Within 72 hours of notification from you, either online or over the phone, Steve Jones will give you a detailed estimate of the market value of your home and a very accurate estimate of the closing costs. This service is possible because of Steve’s vast database of every recorded sale in the county for the last several years.
It can be done in 1 of two ways depending on your participation:
1. Steve can do a drive by of the home and report back via phone or email (your choice)
or
2. Steve can meet you and do a 15 minute walk-through of the home and report back via phone or email (your choice).
