This week’s Rotary of Marion guest speaker was Rev Dr. Carl Manuel, Chair, McDowell Co. Board of Elections. Dr. Manuel recapped this year’s Elections. Dr. Manuel stated that the voting and counting ballots went smoothly. Dr. Manuel explained some of the Board’s services as well as how the Board is structured and formed. Dr. Manuel concluded his presentation by fielding numerous questions from the audience.
